Our primary termite protection program uses  bait stations installed around the perimeter of your home to create a protective monitoring zone. Stations are typically placed approximately every 12 feet, and pricing is based on the number required for proper coverage.
For an average 2,000 square foot home, initial installation is usually around $900–$1,000.

How Termite Bait Stations Prevent Home Damage

Termite bait stations do more than simply lure termites away from your home. They are designed to intercept termites before they reach the structure and eliminate the colony over time.

Subterranean termites forage outward from their colony continuously, searching underground for new food sources. By placing stations around the home, we create a zone termites are likely to encounter during that search. When termites discover a station, they feed on the bait and carry it back to the colony.

Our bait contains an insect growth regulator for an active ingredient which prevents termites from molting properly. Because termites naturally share food with one another, the bait spreads through the colony gradually, reducing the population and ultimately leading to colony collapse. This slow-acting process is intentional. If termites were killed immediately at the station, the colony would detect danger and avoid the area. Instead, baiting works by allowing termites to continue feeding and sharing, making it one of the most effective long-term prevention strategies available.

Annual Renewal and Ongoing Inspection

Our termite program includes an annual renewal, typically ranging from $169–$189 per year. Because our stations contain active bait, annual service is all that is needed with this system.

During each renewal visit, we also perform a full termite inspection, including exterior evaluation and interior checks of areas such as baseboards, basements, and other vulnerable spaces when applicable. This ensures your home remains protected year after year.

Can We Use Existing Termite Stations?

If your home already has termite stations installed by another company, we unfortunately cannot reuse or service those stations.
Regulations require pest control companies to use their own bait systems, and existing stations remain the property of the company that installed them. We can, however, install a new system to ensure proper protection moving forward.

Liquid Termite Treatment Option

For customers who prefer an alternative approach, we also offer liquid termite treatments. This method creates a continuous chemical barrier in the soil around the foundation and may provide added protection in certain situations.

Liquid treatments typically involve trenching around the perimeter, drilling slab or garage areas when needed, and applying termiticide into the soil. These treatments can remain effective for 10–12 years, and termites cannot detect the chemical, meaning they unknowingly spread it back into the colony.

Mud tubes along foundations, crawlspaces, or interior walls

• Soft or damaged wood around windows, doors, or support beams
